ENGINE CONTROLS
Our engine-mounted servovalve controls, used on turbine-tip, bleed air stator vane and other engine actuators, are best known for their proven performance in extreme temperature, pressure and vibration environments. When cost effective, it comes to longevity, performance and value in turbine systems, commercial and military engine manufactures turn to our jet pipe technology to solve their toughest engineering challenges. FLIGHT CONTROLS
HR Textron servovalve technology has set standards for reliability and service on a variety of military and commercial aircraft, including fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and tilt-rotor applications. Our engineering expertise has provided the momentum to develop high-pressure servovalves (up to 5000-psi) and advanced systems used on the F/A-18 E/F, V-22 and C-17 aircraft. Other demanding applications include NASA's Space Shuttle, Delta III and Delta IV launch vehicles, as well as tactical missiles. Our servovalve products are found on aircraft made by aerospace giants such as Boeing, Airbus, Bell Helicopter, Embraer, Sikorsky, and Cessna. AIRCRAFT BRAKING
Bringing aircraft to a swift, yet smooth halt is best accomplished with HR Textron pressure control or anti-skid servovalve technology on board. The F-22, B-2, JAS 39, 737, 747, 757, 767 and Hawker Horizon are among the many military and commercial aircraft that utilize dependable HR Textron servovalve products to ensure controlled deceleration and accurate braking control. Our unique Integrated Pressure Control and Shutoff Module provide pilot-selectable automatic or manual braking options.
